(hereinafter referred to as Espacio Nura), the owner of the website https://www.espacionura.es/ (hereinafter, “website”) and data controller, guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the user on the site. This is in compliance with the provisions of Organic Laws 3/2018 and 5/2018 of December 5, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council. 1. Handling inquiries, requests, proposals, quotes, or any other information requested by the user (contact form). Data will be retained for the duration of processing such inquiries.
2. Maintaining a business relationship with clients. Data retention will be necessary for processing, with contracts retained for five years and invoices for ten years, respectively.
3. Subscription to the blog to receive new posts. This is done via the newsletter form. Data will be retained while processing remains active unless the user exercises their right to cancel beforehand.
4. Collection and automated processing of personal data via the contact form for inquiries, requests, or subscriptions to services offered by the website owner. Data retention will be as stated, except if the user cancels beforehand.

Espacio Nura is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of the information it accesses.

d) Who are your data shared with?
